Lookout Pool: Renovation (May 2025 Update)

Bathhouse Nearing Interior Completion
The bathhouse has seen significant interior finishing work over the past several weeks. All rough-in electrical and mechanical work is now complete, and shower floor and wall tile has been installed throughout the facility. Doors have been hung and drywall is complete, giving the bathhouse an increasingly finished look inside. Patching and painting are expected to wrap up within the next couple of weeks, which will mark another major milestone as the interior of the bathhouse nears completion.
Leisure Pool Structural Work Advancing
On the pool side of the site, rebar placement for the leisure pool walls has been completed. Crews are now preparing to pour the concrete walls, which is scheduled to take place at the beginning of June. This is an exciting next step as the leisure pool structure continues to take shape and move closer to its finished form.
Lap Pool Underground Plumbing Complete
Underground plumbing connecting the lap pool to the mechanical room is now fully installed. With that work behind them, crews are preparing to backfill the lap pool area, which will represent another important step forward in the overall construction timeline.
