Drop-in Fitness Classes
The Trails offers drop-in group fitness classes that are free to anyone who has a gym membership! These classes include yoga, zumba, fusion, kickboxing, cardio strength, cycling, PiYo (pilates and yoga combined), aqua fitness, and so many more!
Because our drop-in fitness classes are limited in space, we require everyone to register before attending. These classes are extremely popular, so registrations can only be made up to 48 hours before the class starts (registration begins at 7:00 am for morning classes and 4:00 pm for afternoon and night classes). We also do not allow anyone to join a drop-in fitness class late, so please make sure you’re on time.

Please note that you must register for a drop-in class in order to attend, that you cannot join the class late as it disrupts the other patrons and class, and you can only register and attend one group ex class per day.

Active Aging Adults & SilverSneakers
Forever Fit
Total body workout that incorporates various pieces of equipment designed to challenge the active older adult. Class is modified to fit various fitness levels.
Intensity Level: Beginner/Intermediate.
SilverSneakers® Classic
A fun, music-based class that uses hand weights, resistance tubing, a ball, and chair support to improve muscular strength, flexibility, and range of motion for everyday activities.
Intensity Level: Beginner
SilverSneakers® Cardio
A low-impact aerobic workout designed to elevate heart rate and improve cardiovascular health, plus core and strength work, stretching, and relaxation.

Aqua Tabata
A fast-paced interval training class in the pool alternating short bursts of intense effort with recovery periods. Using water resistance to boost cardio and strength, this workout delivers maximum results in minimal time.

Deep Aqua Aerobics
Take your workout to the deep end with this low-impact, full-body aqua class using flotation belts, water resistance, and optional equipment. Improve cardiovascular fitness and build strength while staying gentle on the joints in a fun, dynamic environment.

Cardio/Core/Stretch
Cardio intervals using bodyweight exercises with core-focused movements to build strength and endurance. Stretching is included at the end; no floor work is involved.

A: We recommend bringing a water bottle and wearing athletic clothes that you can move in. Depending on the class, we also recommend bringing a yoga mat or blocks to help. See each fitness class for specific instructions on what to bring.
Do I need to register for the Fitness Classes or can I just show up and attend?
Q: Do I need to register for the Fitness Classes, or can I just show up and attend?
A: Due to limited space and immense popularity, everyone needs to register for a fitness class in order to attend. Currently, you can register for a class 48 hours in advance of the class! For classes beginning before 11:59 am, registration will be open starting at 7:00 am. Registration for classes beginning at 12:00 pm or after will open at 4:00 pm. If you contact the Front Desk, assistance with making a reservation can also be given.
