Family Fitness at the Trails

If you’re looking to make fitness a family affair, than you should join us at the Trails Recreation Center! Trails Fitness Department FAQ's

Trails Recreation Center works with a variety of insurances throughout Denver to provide classes for active older adults; these programs include (but are not necessarily limited to) Silver Sneakers, Renew Active, One Pass, Prime, etc. Check out our senior resources page to get detailed instructions on how to qualify for these programs.

  • TechnoGym Circuit Strength Equipment
  • Expresso Bikes

We offer a variety of daily drop-in group fitness classes for our gym members, though they all require prior registration to attend; these classes are extremely popular, so registration opens 75 hours before a particular class. You can see what classes we offer here.

Trails Recreation Center has an excellent staff of qualified personal trainers. You can learn more about their specialties and how to book a session on this page.

We offer a fitness orientation session for anyone who is interested in learning more about the fitness areas or weight rooms. To learn more, please see the Trails front desk staff.
