NOTICE OF 2025 BUDGET AMENDMENT HEARING

TRAILS PARK AND RECREATION DISTRICT
ARAPAHOE COUNTY, COLORADO

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all interested parties that the necessity has arisen to amend the District’s 2025 Budget; that a copy of the proposed Amended 2025 Budget is on file at The Trails Recreation Center, 16799 East Lake Avenue, Centennial, Colorado 80016, where the same is available for inspection by the public Monday through Friday during normal business hours, (i.e., 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Trails Park and Recreation District will consider the adoption of the proposed amended 2025 Budget at a public hearing to be conducted during a regular meeting of the Board of Directors to be held at The Trails Recreation Center, Conference Room, 16799 East Lake Avenue, Centennial, Colorado 80016 on July 21, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.

Any interested elector of the Trails Park and Recreation District may inspect the proposed 2025 Budget Amendment and file or register any objections or comments thereto at any time prior to the final adoption of the Amended Budget.
