Lookout Pool: Renovation (January 2026 Update)

January marked a major milestone for the Lookout Pool Renovation Project as construction continued to gain momentum. With demolition complete and excavation underway, the site is quickly transforming in preparation for the next phases of construction.
Demolition Complete
All demolition work has officially been completed, clearing the way for new construction to begin. Removing the existing pool structures and interior elements was a critical step in preparing the site for a fully modernized facility.
Pool Excavation Underway
Crews began excavating the pool areas this month, shaping the groundwork for the new pool features. This phase sets the foundation for the pool shells and infrastructure that will follow, marking a highly visible stage of progress.
Bathhouse Excavation and Plumbing Work
Work has also begun on the bathhouse area, where crews are excavating and installing new plumbing. These updates are essential to support modern systems and ensuring long-term functionality, efficiency, and reliability.
Pool Builder Mobilization
In addition to excavation efforts, the pool builder subcontractor has begun mobilizing on-site. This step brings specialized expertise to the project and signals the transition into more technical phases of pool construction in the weeks ahead.
