Join us to share your thoughts and be part of the planning process!

Recap of the Planned Improvements

Thanks to a grant from Arapahoe County Open Space, several exciting updates are in store for Tall Grass Park. Initially announced in September 2024, these proposed plans include:

  • Two new pickleball courts – A much-anticipated addition that will provide recreational opportunities for players of all ages and skill levels.
  • A boardwalk path – Designed to enhance accessibility and allow visitors to navigate areas prone to muddy conditions.
  • A new vault restroom – A convenient facility for park visitors, enhancing comfort and accessibility.

Recent Updates and Enhancements

Since our initial announcement, the project has evolved to better serve parkgoers. One of the biggest proposed updates is the relocation of the restroom facility closer to the center of the park for added convenience. Additionally, the area around the courts will potentially feature picnic tables, benches, and a concrete seat wall, creating a welcoming space for players, spectators, and casual park visitors alike.

Looking Ahead

We are committed to keeping the community informed and engaged as we move forward with these exciting improvements. Your feedback at the March 17th meeting will play a crucial role in shaping the final design and implementation of these upgrades.

Thank you for your support, and we look forward to seeing you at the planning meeting!
