From restorative experiences like Sound Bath Workshops to personalized Health & Wellness Coaching and nutrition guidance, these specialty programs help you slow down, reset, and build sustainable healthy habits.

This workshop will introduce you to evidence-based coaching by our National Board-Certified coach and certified personal trainer, Genevie Davenport, who will work collaboratively with you to identify your priorities and support you in reaching your optimal state of well-being. Health & Wellness Coaching supports the improvement of your overall health in the areas of exercise, nutrition, stress management, sleep and weight management. Experience a tranquil hour-long guided sound meditation that incorporates seven sacred metal singing bowls. Discover the grounding and healing benefits that arise from the soothing sound waves and vibrations. 

Whether you are new to meditation or have been practicing for years, everyone is invited to join this inclusive and accessible experience. The benefits of sound meditation may include stress reduction, improved sleep, improved immune system, increased creativity, emotional balance, and/or increased focus and clarity.

Well Balanced is a comprehensive three class program that includes assessment, education, and exercises, to help seniors reduce their risk of falls. You will explore the common age-related changes and risk factors that contribute to falls in older adults. A functional Fitness Assessment is included to help identify your individual fall risk and track progress throughout the program. You will learn and practice exercises that enhance strength, balance, coordination, reaction time, and flexibility/mobility.
