Drop-in Fitness Classes

The Trails offers drop-in group fitness classes that are free to anyone who has a gym membership! These classes include yoga, zumba, fusion, kickboxing, cardio strength, cycling, PiYo (pilates and yoga combined), aqua fitness, and so many more!

Because our drop-in fitness classes are limited in space, we require everyone to register before attending. These classes are extremely popular, so registrations can only be made up to 75 hours before the class starts. We also do not allow anyone to join a drop-in fitness class late, so please make sure you’re on time.

Whether you’re seeking high-intensity cardio, strength training, mind-body balance, or a low-stress workout, our drop-in fitness classes offer a convenient and flexible schedule to fit seamlessly into your busy lifestyle. Drop-in Fitness Class Descriptions

Dive into a low-impact workout with our drop-in aqua fitness class, Deep Water Splash! Utilizing the resistance of water, aqua weights, and a suspension belt in the deep end of our pool, this dynamic class offers a unique blend of aerobic conditioning and strength training. Challenge your muscles and elevate your heart rate in a low-impact environment that’s gentle on joints while splashing, sweating, and sculpting your way to a stronger you.

Intensity Level: Intermediate

Harnessing the power of water resistance and weights, this class offers a fusion of cardio and strength training that will leave you feeling invigorated and empowered. Whether you’re working through aqua aerobics or sculpting your muscles, every movement is amplified by the natural resistance of the water, delivering a high-intensity and low-impact workout that challenges your body from head to toe.

Intensity Level: Beginner

Join us for a class targeting the ultimate fitness trifecta: Cardio, Core, and Stretching. Participate in workouts that will check off your core workout requirements by targeting calories and building strength; then unwind with a stretch class that will relieve tension and promote flexibility.

Meet your fitness goals with a drop-in fitness class that will combine a cardio workout with dynamic strength training and core strengthening exercises. Led by a certified instructor, you’ll experience a full-body workout that will increase your heart rate and get your muscles pumping while using a variety of equipment in intervals.

Pedal your way to peak performance with a cycling class that will give you the thrill of a full-body workout as you tackle challenging drills, conquer virtual hills, and push your limits with heart-pumping intervals and speed play. This drop-in fitness class will leave you feeling empowered, inspired, and ready to conquer the road ahead!

Intensity Level: Beginner – Advanced

Specifically designed to promote active aging with older adults, this Forever Fit and SilverSneakers Classic will have you moving to the beat as you engage in a variety of exercises aimed at boosting muscular strength and enhancing everyday mobility. Whether seated or standing, our instructors will guide you through a workout that caters to all fitness levels, with the added convenience of using a chair for extra stability and support in this senior fitness class.

Intensity Level: Beginner

Experience the ultimate fusion of fitness classes – including yoga, Pilates, barre, and more – with a Fusion class that will strengthen from head to toe. Using a yoga mat (please bring your own), participants will focus on body alignment, breath control, and fluid body movements, all while improving flexibility, balance, and core strength in this non-impact drop-in fitness class.

Combining the perfect blend of fun and fitness, SilverSneakers Circuit is designed to boost your cardiovascular and muscular endurance through a dynamic circuit workout. Enjoy low-impact aerobic choreography that gets your heart pumping and your muscles engaged, all while ensuring a safe and supportive environment with the option of a chair for added stability.

Take 30 minutes out of your day to prioritize wellness as you increase flexibility, strengthen muscles, and work to prevent injury. Led by our certified instructors, this class offers a variety of valuable stretching techniques designed to target every muscle group in your body, leaving you feeling refreshed, revitalized, and ready to tackle whatever life throws your way.

Intensity Level: Beginner – Advanced

A high intensity workout designed on an indoor bike that will smash your fitness goals, fast.  The 30 minutes you put into this workout drives your body to burn calories for hours.  You’ll combine bursts of intensity working as hard as possible with periods of rest to prepare you for the next effort.  You’re hard work & motivation will push your physical & mental limits. A great stretching segment will follow your 30 minutes of Sprint!

Intensity Level: Beginner – Advanced

Step up your fitness game and join us as we combine fun choreography and combinations designed to push your limits. This high-energy cardio workout will torch calories, improve coordination, and boost cardiovascular endurance, all while having a blast on the step platform.

Intensity Level: Intermediate

Designed to promote flexibility and lengthen tight muscles, Stretched and Balanced is an active stretch class that offers exercises aimed at improving flexibility, mobility, and overall body alignment.

Guided by one of our experienced instructors, you’ll explore a variety of asanas, or postures, and breathing techniques designed to enhance your strength, flexibility, posture, and mindfulness. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or brand new to a yoga class, we welcome all levels and offer modifications to suit your individual needs.

Experience the perfect fusion of yoga and strength training as you tone, sculpt, and lengthen every muscle in your body. Incorporating small weights of 3, 5, or 8 pounds, this easy-to-follow class offers a total body workout that challenges your strength, balance, and endurance while deepening your connection to breath and movement.

Get ready to dance your way to fitness with a Zumba class that takes Latin (and other rhythms) music and adds easy-to-follow moves, creating a high-energy atmosphere where you’ll sweat, smile, and shimmy your way to a healthier you. Led by our certified instructors, Zumba offers a total-body workout that tones muscles, boosts cardiovascular endurance, and burns calories—all while having a blast on the dance floor.

Q: What should I bring to a Fitness Class?

A: We recommend bringing a water bottle and wearing athletic clothes that you can move in. Depending on the class, we also recommend bringing a yoga mat or blocks to help. See each fitness class for specific instructions on what to bring.

Q: Do I need to register for the Fitness Classes or can I just show up and attend?

A: Due to limited space and immense popularity, everyone needs to register for a fitness class in order to attend. If you contact the Front Desk, assistance with making a reservation can also be given.

Q: Are there group fitness classes suitable for beginners?

A: We tailor all of our fitness classes to meet the skill level of all participants, though we have listed the typical intensity levels for all of our drop-in classes underneath every description.
