Lookout Pool
2024 Season Update: Lookout Pool recently hit its 22nd birthday. An audit conducted in the fall of 2023 underscored the pressing need for renovations to address the aging infrastructure adequately. Recognizing the considerable investment required to maintain a facility of this age and size, Trails Park and Recreation District made the difficult decision to suspend operations for the 2024 season (announced in February 2024). This pause allows for a thorough evaluation of the pool’s condition and potential future directions. While we continue to evaluate our options and secure funding for the space, we aim to provide the public with a rough sketch of potential developments in the coming months. TPRD understands the community’s eagerness for clarity on the future of Lookout Pool, and we assure you that we are actively working to formalize these plans.
