Active Aging Program
Staying active is one of the most important things you can do for your health — and we’re here to support you every step of the way. Our Active Aging programs are designed to help older adults stay strong, connected, and confident through fitness, wellness, and community.
Whether you’re participating through SilverSneakers®, One Pass, Renew Active®, or other eligible fitness programs, Trails Recreation Center is proud to be your home for healthy aging. Our welcoming environment, certified instructors, and variety of low-impact and strength-building classes make it easy to move at your own pace while improving balance, mobility, and overall well-being.

How to Enroll in our Active Aging Program
- Contact your insurance provider and inquire about eligibility, and obtain your registration number.
- Fill out an application (download and print below or pick up a copy at the front desk).
- Submit the form to the front desk and wait to receive an email from our fitness team confirming your acceptance.

Q: What are the morning water walking rules?
A: When water walking at the trails, please keep to the right side of the river, pass on the left, and only walk against the current when the lazy river is not busy.
What are the morning water walking hours?
Q: What are the morning water walking hours?
A: The Trails Recreation Center has the pool blocked off during morning hours to allow for adult exercises. These hours do vary (see our pool schedules for the most accurate information) but typically are:
Sat & Sun: 7:00 – 10:00 am
Mon – Fri: 5:00 – 10:00 am
