Regional Parks

Community Parks

A regional park is a type of public park that often serves multiple communities. These parks are generally larger than local community parks and are designed to provide recreational opportunities and natural preservation for a broader audience. At TPRD, we currently have two regional parks: Piney Creek Hollow Park & Spring Creek Park.

Frequently
Asked
Questions

Q: How can community members get involved or provide feedback on ongoing projects?

A: We encourage community involvement and feedback! You can participate by attending public meetings, submitting comments through our website, joining volunteer opportunities related to ongoing projects, or emailing [email protected] with more information.

Q: Who can I contact if I have further questions or concerns about ongoing projects?

A: If you have further questions or concerns about ongoing projects, please contact our park and recreation department directly at [email protected].

Q: Where can I report a problem at a park or trail?

A: Were you out wandering and found a problem or issue you want to report? Let us know! We do weekly park and trail inspections, but we can’t always catch all the fallen trees, cracked sidewalks, leaking bathrooms, or playground malfunctions out there. Use the form below to submit a problem and we will address it as quickly as possible.
