Trails Park & Recreation District Board of Directors

TPRD Board of Directors

Trails Park and Recreation District is governed by publicly-elected 7-person Board of Directors, where each member represents a ward within the district boundaries. This diverse and committed board serves as the guiding force for TPRD, ensuring that the organization remains steadfast in its pursuit of the mission and vision statement, and successfully achieves its long-term goals.

Each board member’s unique background and connection to their specific ward contribute to a holistic decision-making process, enriching the strategies employed to enhance community well-being through recreational opportunities and facilities.

The Board of Directors host regular meets to discuss business matters for Trails Park and Recreation District. These meetings are scheduled on the third Tuesday of every month at 3 pm, typically held in the Gold Rush Room at Trails Recreation Center unless otherwise specified. Importantly, these sessions are open to the general public, providing a vital platform for community members to stay informed, voice concerns, and actively participate in the governance process.

To further enhance accessibility and engagement, the Board Agendas for each monthly meeting are diligently posted in advance. This practice ensures that stakeholders, residents, and interested parties have ample time to review and prepare for discussions surrounding district initiatives, policies, and future plans. If you would like a copy of the minutes for a board meeting, please contact [email protected] with information regarding the desired month.
