Questions
What does a red wristband mean?
Q: What does a red wristband mean?
A: All guests 5 years and under must wear a red wristband since this helps our lifeguard staff see our younger swimmers. Any swimmer with a red wristband must be in the pool with a parent in a swimsuit who is within arms reach at all times.
Can my child ride the slide with me?
Q: Can my child ride the slide with me?
A: No. We follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for our slides. For the safety of each rider, they must be 48″ and be able to ride the slide feet first by themselves.
Why do I need to shower after leaving the sauna, steam room, or hot tub to get in the pool?
Q: Why do I need to shower after leaving the sauna, steam room, or hot tub to get in the pool?
A: It is a state health code that all swimmers take a 30 second shower before entering a public pool. There is no way to keep our water safe and air breathable unless everyone follows this regulation. Nitrogen in our sweat and urine bind to chlorine in the pool making it less effective and causes chloramines (smelly and sometimes harmful air) as a result. Please help us maintain our high quality water and air by showering and using the restroom before entering any pool. This is especially important after using the sauna or steam room!
