Our gymnastics program for kids offers a safe and enjoyable environment where young athletes can develop their skills and confidence while having a blast. We offer gymnastics for both beginners and kids ages 18 months to 5 years.
If you’re looking for a gymnastics class for 2 year old’s, we even have a mommy-and-me style class that’ll allow you to bond with your child and help them get the wiggles out.
Our itty bitty toddler gymnastics will teach children ages 3-5 the basics of gymnastics in a fun and creative way.

The Trails Gymnastics Program
Registration periods for the Spring/Summer 2024 Gymnastic Sessions are as follows:
- Session 1 (March 25 – April 20): Opens February 19 at 9:00 am and closes March 25
- Session 2 (April 22 – May 18): Opens February 19 at 9:00 am and closes April 22
- Session 3 (May 20 – June 22): Opens February 19 at 9:00 am and May 20
- Session 4 (July 8 – August 3): Opens February 19 at 9:00 am and closes July 8
- Session 5 (August 5 – September 7): Opens February 19 at 9:00 am and closes August 5
- Session 6 (September 9 – October 5): Opens February 19 at 9:00 am and closes September 5
Parent-Tot Gymnastics: 18 months - 3 years
If you’re looking for a mommy and me gymnastics class, look no further! Parent-tot gymnastics is a perfect way to bond with your little one and introduce them to the world of gymnastics. In this 45-minute class, you will join your child in learning the basic skills of gymnastics, such as rolling, jumping, balancing, and swinging. You will also help your child develop their motor skills, coordination, and confidence in a fun and safe environment. This class is designed for children aged 18 to 36 months who are accompanied by a parent or guardian and runs for 4 weeks. Whether you want to nurture your child’s interest in gymnastics or just have some quality time together, our parent-tot gymnastics class is the ideal choice.

Itty Bitty Toddler Gymnastics : 3-5
Itty bitty toddler gymnastics is a class for children aged 3 to 5 years who want to learn the basics of gymnastics in a fun and creative way. In this class, your child will learn techniques that teach balance and coordination, such as rolling, jumping, and landing. The class runs for 4 weeks – with one session per week. Your child will also enjoy playing with props and obstacle courses that challenge their skills and imagination. This gymnastics class for toddlers is a great way to introduce your child to the benefits of physical activity and gymnastics.
